Blue Ridge Mountain EMC at 875 Main Street East, Young Harris, Georgia.

Irma came through here at the Bald Mountain subdivision. We were without power for 18 hours. We went to backup heat (propane) and backup lights. At the 12 hour mark I planned to go to backup power. Before I was finished switching over, I heard the trucks repairing our downed power. I stopped my switch. Your folks told me power was only a few hours away. I was amazed! Me and my neighbors figured another night.

Anyway, 4 hours later (before dark), power restored! Way to go team! They had multiple trees down, yet got us back up and running in record time! Those guys did a great job. We are happy. Tell them we appreciate their effort. It also meant we could go out for supplies. They have my thanks!
